About us

Recruitment built on clear conversations

Stonebridge Global Recruitment matches people looking for work in Australia with employers who need their skills. We keep the process simple, explain each step and treat the details you share with care.

Our purpose

Helping the right people and the right roles find each other

Job searching can feel like sending applications into silence, and hiring can mean sorting through applicants who were never a fit. We sit between the two to make both sides of that process more focused.

Candidates register their interest once, describing the work they want and the experience they have. Employers tell us what a role genuinely requires. Our job is to compare the two honestly, contact candidates only about relevant opportunities and introduce people to employers only when everyone has agreed to take the next step.

We work across healthcare and community care, construction and trades, engineering and manufacturing, transport and logistics, hospitality, and business support — sectors where practical skills, licences and availability matter as much as a résumé.

Our approach

Two audiences, one standard of service

For candidates

We want you to understand what a role involves before you decide to go for it.

  • We read your registration and ask questions where something is unclear
  • We explain the duties, hours and location of each opportunity we raise
  • You choose whether your details go to an employer
  • You can update or withdraw your registration at any time

For employers

We aim to send you a small number of relevant candidates rather than a pile of résumés.

  • We take a detailed brief covering duties, conditions and must-haves
  • We review registered candidates against that brief before contacting them
  • Every candidate we present has agreed to be considered for your role
  • Your own interviews, reference checks and hiring decisions stay with you

Working principles

Three commitments that guide how we operate

  1. Clear communication

We say what we know and what we do not. If there is no suitable role for you right now, we would rather say so than keep you waiting on a vague promise.

  2. Relevant information

We only ask for details that help with matching, and we pass on only what an employer needs to assess you for a specific role.

  3. Respect for personal details

Your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask to see, correct or remove it whenever you like.

How a match happens

From registration to introduction

  1. You registerYour profile records your preferred work, experience, location and availability.
  2. We reviewWe check your details and keep your profile ready for future matching.
  3. We talk it throughWhen a role fits, we call or email to explain it and hear what you think.
  4. You decideWith your agreement, we introduce you to the employer, who runs their own selection process.

What we do not do

Being clear about our limits is part of being useful. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or particular pay rates, because those decisions belong to employers. We do not provide migration advice, visa applications or sponsorship, and we do not publish job listings we cannot stand behind.

Whichever side of the hiring table you are on

Candidates can register in a few minutes. Employers can send us a short enquiry about the roles they need to fill.
