How it works

A simple process, explained step by step

Here is exactly what happens after you register — who does what, when you will hear from us and where the decisions sit.

Two men in conversation, one listening closely as the other explains

The four steps

  1. Register your interest

The online registration form asks about the work you want, your experience, your availability and your right to work in Australia. Most people finish it in around five minutes.

    What you do

Complete the form as accurately as you can and keep your CV handy in case we ask for it.

    What we do

Confirm the next step on screen and add your registration to our candidate database once it reaches us.

  2. Profile review

A member of our team reads your registration. If something needs clarifying — a licence, a location or a start date — we may contact you before any role is discussed.

    What you do

Answer any follow-up questions and tell us if your circumstances change.

    What we do

Record your preferences accurately so future matching reflects what you actually want.

  3. Opportunity conversation

When an employer’s requirements match your profile, we get in touch to describe the role: duties, hours, location, employment type and what the employer is looking for.

    What you do

Ask questions, check the details against your plans and say whether you want to be considered.

    What we do

Give you honest, specific information and respect your decision either way.

  4. Employer introduction

With your agreement, we present your details to that employer. They decide whether to interview and make any offer through their own process.

    What you do

Prepare for any interview or assessment and let us know how it went.

    What we do

Pass on employer feedback where we receive it and keep your profile active for other roles.

Preparing to register

Useful to have ready

None of these are required to start, but having them nearby makes the form quicker and your profile more complete.

  • A recent CV or work history

Dates, employers and main duties make it easier to write your experience summary.

  • Licences, tickets and checks

For example a driver licence class, White Card, RSA, forklift licence or screening checks.

  • Your realistic start date

Include notice periods, planned leave or study commitments.

  • Where you can travel

Think about the suburbs or regions you could reach reliably for the hours you want to work.

About work rights. Australian employers need to confirm that the people they hire are allowed to work in Australia. The registration form asks about your status so that we only discuss roles you can legally take up. We do not provide migration advice or arrange visas — for help with a visa, contact a registered migration agent.

Your profile stays on file, and you can update it whenever your preferences or availability change.
